Here's How It Works |
 |
In older homes as well as new ones, proper air ventilation is crucial; otherwise your home will deteriorate gradually from the inside out. WRV used in conjunction with adequate soffit vents helps to ventilate your house in a natural and efficient way.
In the summer months poor ventilation will lead to moisture and heat build up trapped in the attic, which will ruin your beautiful home.
In the winter months, your house needs good ventilation to prevent water from backing up, forming ice dams at the eaves. This eventually can lead to water creeping up through the roof and down inside your home. |
