Gerard Gallant
Gerard Gallant is the inventor and will be managing quality control for the WRV. Being a very successful, self-employed roofer in Massachusetts for thirty years, Mr. Gallant is proud to say he worked on every job assuring the quality of his work. Proving to be a very well organized worker with various crews sizing from one to ten workers, he coordinates for all workers to be productive for the duration of the job, however small or large.
Frustrated with what was available on the market for ridge vents, Mr. Gallant started making his own, made of wood creating the final design with an engineer. Having used this WRV for the past ten years, the results have been so successful, he now wants to begin supplying the demand for others to benefit from this great ridge vent. Several roofers and contractors have already used this vent and are really impressed with its performance, all of which agree WRV is above the rest.
The WRV was tested (January 98) for Dade County Code with wind and rain velocity from 35 mph up to 110 mph. The patent number 6203424 came out this past spring. The Wood Ridge Vent Co. Inc. has already attended several trade shows in Boston and Rhode Island this past winter and spring. As expected, homeowners, architects, roofers, and contractors all responded positively.

Where We Are The WRV Co. Inc. did attend the NRLA, NERCA, and JLC Live trade shows this past winter with much success. Presently, the WRV Co. Inc. is appealing to New England area wholesalers, lumber and building suppliers with samples and brochures. WRV would also like to call attention to all homeowners, architects, roofers, and contractors for your help. Simonne Gallant has been with Mr. Gallant with the roofing business as well for thirty years, managing account receivable and payable, billing as well as handling customer service. Mrs. Gallant is the Secretary of the WRV Co. Inc.

Susan Gallant
Susan being the eldest of the two daughters has been a very successful Hairdresser for thirteen years, building up an excellent clientele and is presently self-employed. Miss Gallant is the President of the WRV Co. Inc.

Julie Gallant
Julie is a graduate of Newbury College with an Associate's Degree in applied science towards Physical Therapy. She worked two years in her field, and due to lack of employment in PT, she chose to train for dental assisting and has been doing so for the past year and a half. Miss Gallant is the Treasurer of the WRV Co. Inc.

Both girls have been in the business environment with direct customer relations their entire life. The WRV Co. Inc. is a major part of their lives as it develops and grows and will essentially be running the company so Gerard can concentrate on quality control.
